Princess' Secrets...

This is baby Mikaela and she is baptised today, but I was not there to witness her baptism cos I have to be here in office. She is just such a little darling and I must add, a very pretty girl. Congratulations Mikaela and welcome, once again.

Since the two months time off started, I have had a lot of time to do a lot of thinking and a lot of other things. Yesterday evening, I decided to start learning how to play the erhu (a chinese string instrument) from my brother. It is so difficult and I wonder if I'll ever learn to play the violin after this. I commented that the piano is a much easier instrument and was surprised by the answer the brother gave. He told me that there are many accomplished pianists today, but not many who can play the erhu well. I guess it does not matter much to me cos it was just me having some fun.

I was sent to a meeting on Friday, like a sacrificial lamb, but thankfully, I was released unscath and even got a new haircut. I love the new cut. I cannot decide which I like better, the style before this or this new cut, but one thing is for sure, it is going to be a really long time before my hair grows long.
