I was at En Dining Bar last evening with KK and his friends. KK and I met at Spanish class and he later went on to take some French and I seriously thought he meant that we will meet in a dining bar (en=in in French), turns out, that place is called En.
Now, KK is a very smart person and it was only after meeting all the people he invited yesterday that I realised how smarties congregate and how people like me will take a long time to fit in. I feel stressed with Brandon, but with KK's friends, it really is worse cos they are advanced in years and smart, still I had a great time and thank you KK for the invite. I'll work harder to be at that standard.
Food wise, it was really great. The sea urchin was really good. Okay, fault me for the lack of vocabulary, but I am not a flogger (food blogger), so, you are only going to see very general vocab here. I did not have my digicam with me and so, no pix. But if it is anything to go by, I am a gal who hardly eats raw stuff, but I ate almost all things raw there. Also, I had this bacon with mushroom thing that left me squirming. It tasted good, but the thought of having all those fats in me, eeks...
To sum it up, good company, great food and Happy advance b-dae KK.
