I'm sitting here at my bed with my thoughts raining from all over. I'm not sure where to begin. Let's begin by saying that some people matter more than others in our lives. Some may matter more at some point in time but they will be completely forgotten in no time. Lately, I find myself looking back in the past. I'm not sure it is the right thing to do, but for sure, I'm checking myself, checking to make sure that history does not repeat itself, that I will not take the same route and make the same mistake. I'm not sure that consciously avoiding making mistakes will help cos one man's meat is another's poison. Whatever it is, he mattered, maybe he still does, but strangely, I cannot even remember his phone number. A number I used to dial many times a day. It is no longer my place to remember I guess. I must have let go.
